The Han River Renaissance plan in 2009 was a city project which was created to transform Seoul into a pleasant and attractive waterfront city centered around Han River. This plan was executed under the name of the river of peace and the river of life so that the Han River site can be the best place where Seoulites and tourists can get together and recreate Korea's new culture in the most romantic place in the city.
